For maximum protection this helmet must fit closely and the harness must always be correctly adjusted and used according to the instruction manual supplied. It should be a firm fit and not uncomfortable, loose or removable when properly fastened.  Sizes varies from 52 – 61 (measure the circumference of your head, placing the measuring tape about 2.5 cm above your eyebrows;  widest part of yourhead).
